Is Sky free to use?
Sky is free to download and use. You can discover opportunities and get a personalized plan at no cost. Sky Membership ($2.50/week) unlocks unlimited opportunity matches, AI plans, daily coaching texts, and more. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store settings.
Where is my data stored?
Your profile and plan data are stored locally on your device. Sky does not store your personal information on external servers. When you use AI features, your profile is sent securely to generate results but is not retained.
Can I delete my data?
Absolutely. Use the "Log out" feature in the app to clear all your data, or clear your browser storage at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
How does opportunity matching work?
Sky uses AI to analyze your profile — grades, interests, activities, location, and goals — against hundreds of programs, scholarships, and experiences. Each match includes an explanation of why it fits you.
Who is Sky for?
Sky is built for high school students (grades 9–12) and college undergraduates who want to discover opportunities they might not hear about through school alone — especially first-generation students and those at under-resourced schools.
How do SMS reminders work?
If you opt in and provide your phone number, Sky sends text message reminders before upcoming deadlines so you never miss an important date. You can opt out at any time.
