1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Sky application (“Sky” or the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sky is a personalized opportunity discovery platform for students. Sky uses AI to match you with programs, scholarships, competitions, and experiences based on your profile, then builds a personalized roadmap to help you pursue them.

3. Eligibility

Sky is intended for high school and college students. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App.

4. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to Sky. Your profile data is stored locally on your device. You may delete your data at any time by logging out or clearing your browser/app storage.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Sky offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Sky Membership.

• Price: $2.50 per week (introductory), regular price $5.00 per week
• Duration: Auto-renewing weekly subscription
• Features: Unlimited opportunity matches, AI-powered plans, daily coaching texts, and full access to all premium features

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. AI-Generated Content

Sky uses artificial intelligence to generate opportunity recommendations, roadmaps, and coaching content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate or up-to-date. You should independently verify opportunity details, deadlines, and eligibility requirements before applying. Sky does not guarantee admission, acceptance, or success in any program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in Sky are owned by Sky and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Provide false information in your profile
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sky is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Sky after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
